Job Description
- Electric maintenance for the process Machines and the packing machines
- Troubleshooting for the Control panel and PLC’s
- Follow-up the machines, equipment’s and tools in the daily log and records that are reviewed by the mechanical engineers or supervisors to know the daily status of the machines, equipment’s and tools to update the periodic maintenance plan.
- Producing maintenance reports to management.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
- The maintenance and reliability of the Plant electrical power distribution system and will review all potential capital projects relating to the power distribution system.
- Following and developing the design of miscellaneous Electrical systems such as lighting, grounding, fire alarm, … etc.
- Following typical Electrical specifications such as: electrical equipment (switch gears, power transformers, standby/backup generators, UPSs, etc.); electrical installation – general requirements, testing, and commodities.
- Develop typical Electrical calculations such as: load flow studies; voltage drop calculations; lighting calculations…etc.
- Participate in the development of Electrical construction bid packages.
- Perform inspections of Electrical installations and Electrical equipment for conformance with engineering documents, equipment specifications, and safety standards.
- Analyze the root cause of the repetitive problems and break downs with coordination of maintenance technician team to propose and take proper corrective action to ensure permanent problem solving.
- Analyze any abnormal indicators to determine the root cause then take predictive action to prevent any possible breakdown and increase time between failures.
- Participate in power saving Committee activates in the plant.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
- 4-6 years of experience
- FMCG background
- Strong Knowledge in PLC, control panels, packing machines
- Ability to Coach, Mentor & work under stress.
