Job Description
As the Customer Success Engineer you will be responsible for providing customer support for ITWORX EDUCATION products and services, you will develop and deliver best-in-class support to our growing list of customers.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in providing customer support for a cloud-based technology company.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to our clients, managing client issues to resolution.
- Providing detailed documentation to support the issue resolution.
- Organizing additional resources from other ITWORX Education teams to aid the issue to completion.
- Providing the clients with bi/monthly status reports and system health checks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any related field.
- 2-5 years of experience
- Experience with JavaScript
- Background in Microsoft SQL server
- Entity Framework, LINQ experience is a plus
- Previous experience in ASP.NET MVC / AngularJS
- Must be able to communicate technical issues to colleagues and customers with a variety of backgrounds.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving skills.
- Read and analyze application logs.
- Willing to travel to KSA
