About the Job

As the Customer Success Engineer you will be responsible for providing customer support for ITWORX EDUCATION products and services, you will develop and deliver best-in-class support to our growing list of customers.

The ideal candidate should be experienced in providing customer support for a cloud-based technology company.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to our clients, managing client issues to resolution.
  • Providing detailed documentation to support the issue resolution.
  • Organizing additional resources from other ITWORX Education teams to aid the issue to completion.
  • Providing the clients with bi/monthly status reports and system health checks.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Experience with JavaScript
  • Background in Microsoft SQL server
  • Entity Framework, LINQ experience is a plus
  • Previous experience in ASP.NET MVC / AngularJS
  • Must be able to communicate technical issues to colleagues and customers with a variety of backgrounds.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving skills.
  • Read and analyze application logs.
  • Willing to travel to KSA
