Customer Service Executives - Collection Section
- Responsible for achieving the monthly Collection target which leads to achieving the company target.
- Handling clients financial requests & handling MV receivables portfolio (bounced and requested checks, postponing, keeping, cash discount, rescheduling, wrong checks )
- Solving customer inquiries/ problems by contacting the involved parties and communicating the issue.
- Handling client over the phone using communication skills and tactics.
- Handling complains/ inquiries & reporting them to the Customer Service Manager...
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Responsible for keeping accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
- Responsible for generating all the needed documentation in regards to the financial request.
- Responsible for Clients contract ownership transfers requests.
- Managing & generating updated reports showing client payment history for different parties (clients, sales team, and delivery team)
- Handling legal cases with the legal department and problematic clients for case closure
- Responsible for issuing Sales / CS Operation Exception Letters
- Handling a high volume of customer service inquiries in regards to account discrepancies, billing inquiries and customer questions and concerns.
