Job Description
Role purpose:
- Iidentify and introduce innovative solutions through external &, internal sources of ideation and insight generation
- Iintroduce, prioritize and implement business improvement, service design and service optimisation projects
- Provide Business Excellence services to Vodafone partners and external customers
- Create and maintain a best practices repository
- Help LOBs to generate more value and efficiencies
- Articulate and evaluate value generation in VSSE in accordance with the VSS guidelines
- Spread the mindset of value and efficiency generation in all VSSE LOBs
- Define and align process transformation roles and responsibilities across functions
- Integrate different systems in a manner that maximizes automation andefficiency
