Job Description
Tasks and Duties:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Provide technical assistance and support for other systems, CCTV, Network Security, Backup Solutions, UPS, GPS, Storage System, Time Attendance, Internet Service, Voice and video communications and any other IT related system.
- Provide technical assistance and support for wired and wireless LAN and WAN communications.
- Diagnosing problems and performing troubleshooting activities.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Write training manuals.
- Train computer users.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
- Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
- Walk customer through problem-solving process.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
- Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
- Diagnosing problems and performing troubleshooting activities.
- Contact service providers when required.
- May assess new products or services and suggest enhancements to senior management
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Experiences:
- BSc in Information Technology / Computer science or relevant field
- Experience from 1-3 years.
Skills:
- Problem Solving, LAN Knowledge, Help Desk Experience, Verbal Communication, Operating Systems, Phone Skills, Quality Focus, PC Proficiency, System Administration.
Languages:
- Arabic: Native.
- Very Good command of English (Spoken- written)
