Job Description
- Achieve sales, profit and market share objectives in line with the CU Annual Sales Plan through monthly performance analysis
- Establishing/Developing positive long-lasting relationships and communication channels with the distributor’s teams and customers.
- Performing daily market visits with the distributor team to assess/monitor the implementation of the sales metrics
- Develop a thorough understanding of the local consumer needs and competitive context for your category.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in consumer sales specializing in fast moving consumer goods in Egypt
- Proven track record in leading brand strategy to win in the market
- Strong analytical Skills and flair for numbers
- Language: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic High proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Adobe Acrobat and SAP will be a plus.
