Job Description
- Responsible for executing and managing all types of correspondences; email, fax, letter, memo, etc.
- Creating a solid archiving system both manually and electronically.
- Preparing the management meetings; manage calendar effectively, coordinate with invitees, take minutes of meeting and dispatch to all participants
- Liaise with other departments to follow up progress and manage deadlines
- Follow up with the Finance team to ensure compliance and adherence to plans and rules
- Respond to all users’ inquiries to provide supplies and tools
- Prepare regular reports to assist in decision-making process
Job Requirements
- 5 - 10 years of experience in similar role in business-oriented organizations
- BSc degree in Business Administration or Commerce
- Excellent communication & language skills
- Excellent Computer skills, professionalism in excel is a must
- Excellent organizing & problem-solving skills
- Proactivity and self-starter
- Analytical thinking ability
- Able to work independently with minimal assistance
- High level of accountability and punctuality
- Able to work extra hours as required
- Multitasks
- Nasr City or nearby residents are highly preferred
