Job Description

  • Supervises requirements planning for department, division, project, or organization.
  • Presents development proposals to top management in factory
  • Arranges for top management private and public development projects in factory
  • Sets schedule for materials requisite in the yearly plan
  • Prepares budget and oversees expenditures
  • Sets goals, policies, and procedures for factory
  • Offers employee trainings and development
  • Communicates with other managers, supervisors, and colleagues throughout factory
  • Performs surveys and field studies
  • Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products.
  • Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.
  • Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.
  • Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.
  • Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds in order to identify problems and find solutions.
  • Plans, organizes, and coordinates planning activities
  • Determines appropriate logistics solution in managing resources
  • Sets up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates
  • Monitors progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning
  • Updates the schedule based on inputs received from project team
  • Prepares the monthly Progress reports for top management
  • Prepares the monthly Labor histograms
  • Accumulates, collects and analyses data and information required for planning
  • Monitors, analyses & reports performance to schedule of production & production support activities, utilizing information derived from material and production control systems.

Job Requirements

  • Preference will be given to individuals from a textiles production, production or manufacturing engineering, fashion and textile management and fashion and clothing technology background
  • BS in Mechanical engineering (Production and design, or Industrial engineering)
  • Excellent Analytical thinking and Problem solving.
