Our client is a top IT Solutions provider who's currently looking for a 1-Year Project-Based IT Sr. Recruitment Specialist to join their team
- Partner with hiring managers on manpower/hiring needs.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Manage all interviews process starting by screening, scheduling interviews, attending and booking the final round interview with the top management.
- Conduct HR and Technical interview to the candidates
- Post required jobs in all available recruitment channels and open new recruitment channels to improve the recruitment process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of Recruitment Experience (IT Recruitment is much preferable)
- Excellent Communication skills
- Presentability
