Our client is a top IT Solutions provider who's currently looking for a 1-Year Project-Based IT Sr. Recruitment Specialist to join their team

  • Partner with hiring managers on manpower/hiring needs.
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Manage all interviews process starting by screening, scheduling interviews, attending and booking the final round interview with the top management.
  • Conduct HR and Technical interview to the candidates
  • Post required jobs in all available recruitment channels and open new recruitment channels to improve the recruitment process.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of Recruitment Experience (IT Recruitment is much preferable)
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Presentability
