Position Summary:
The lab Assistant is responsible for supporting teachers and students taking classes in computer labs at AMIDEAST premises in Dokki from July 1- Aug 15, 2018
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting teachers and students taking classes at computer labs at AMIDEAST premises in Dokki from July 1- Aug 15,2018
- Work from 09:00 – 15:00 OR 15:00 – 21:00
- Work on weekends if required;
- Responsible for troubleshooting technical issues in the computer lab;
- Support IT Coordinator as required.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Reliable with high sense of responsibility
- Strong problem solving skills
- Good communicator
- Ready to work on weekends
