Job Description
- To strategize, lead and direct the Production, Maintenance, Product development , QC ,Purchasing, Planning and Warehouses activities of the Production related sectors
- Directs, plans, and implements policies, objectives, and activities of the organization or businesses to ensure continuing operations
- Sets the yearly objectives to Production, Maintenance, Product development, QC, Purchasing, Planning and Warehouses Departments
- Reviews ,approves and reports annual Budget, annual production, purchasing, maintenance, man power
- Compiles the policies and procedures of the different department and ensure compliance of all individuals, while supervise and follow-up its update
Job Requirements
- BS.c in Mechanical Engineering / Agricultural Engineering, MBA is preferred.
- Must have Fluent English and Computer Skills
- Not less than 15 years of experience with a at least 5 years in a similar managerial position in a relevant industry
