Job Description
Meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets and goals as determined by GM - including working with multiple departments to ensure targets are being met, finding problems as they arise, and fixing those problems.
- Driving revenue and conversion for the division.
- Acting as a technical trainer and resource to customers, consultants and sales team. This involves instilling an understanding of building science, standard energy efficiency improvements, and detailed knowledge of HVAC options, installations and best practices.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and leadership skills.
- Leading weekly sales meetings to review and discuss achievements versus targets ,won-lost jobs, challenges, market conditions…etc
- Meeting with Top Management team weekly to present accurate reports.
- Deliver monthly report covering month and year to date performance, market conditions monitoring, sales forecast, quote log, hit rate, sales pipeline, collection status…etc.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Ventilation & Air conditioning Solutions .
- Awareness and experience of ventilations and air conditioning solutions for both industrial and building segments.
- Leading, motivating and developing his/her team to meet or exceed goals.
