Job Description
- Medicare is the first Health Maintenance Organization in the Middle East.
- Medicare's aims to provide the highest medical services through integrating and coordinating the relations between the various parts, health care providers and our clients.
- Duties of the financial manager within the organization are to perform data analysis and use it to offer senior management ideas on how to maximize profit and lower costs.
- He/she directs the preparation of the financial reports that summarize and forecast the organization financial position such as income statement, balance sheet.
- He/she oversees the accounting, audit, budget, cash management activities and execute strategies to support organization's expansion
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data
- Not less than 5 years experience in a financial department. (Preferably in a key managerial position).
- Fluent in English.
- Solid computer skills in MS office.
- Experience in accounting applications and integrated IT systems.
- Experience in budget preparation, financial analysis & feasibility studies.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical & organizational skills.
- Experience in strategic business planning.
- Ability to lead, supervise and train the financial team.
- CMA or CPA is a plus
