Job Description
Role
- Design and develop a highly efficient, scalable, high performance NLP Chatbot from scratch that will be used by thousands of users on a daily basis
- Collect and making sense of usage data
- Deploy, monitor, maintain, and improve the services
- Processing natural language labels to extract indicators
- Implement tools and best practices for release, environment, and configuration management to improve deploy success rates.
- Contribute to best practices for creating elegant, efficient, and reusable code
- Demonstrate your creative, technical, and analytical skills on a regular basis
- Identify and work with people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
- Collaborate with other global IT and cross-functional teams to work towards global IT solutions
Job Requirements
Skills
- Bachelor degree in computer science, computer information systems or related field of study
- Deep understanding of all aspects of the application development (SDLC) and support life cycle
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning at a minimum
- Experience in development of chatbots and mobile technologies
- Deep specialist skills in Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, Python, RESTful WebServices, third party APIs and Database technologies.
- Good practical experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Strong visual design skills with good understanding of user-system interaction
- Fluent in development methods, tools and techniques, systems design and architecture
- Well-developed business communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to naturally facilitative approach to problem solving
- Strong personal prioritization and time management
