Job Description
- Maintains and monitors backup solutions
- Plans, schedules and performs backups for VMWare, Operating Systems, Databases, user data…etc.
- Performs backup environment system tuning including monitoring, troubleshooting and optimizing performance.
- Proactively oversees resolution of backup/recovery service disruptions and implementation of preventative measures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Backup Solutions Certificate
- English Level: Good
- MS Office Level: Good
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to monitor different type of backup jobs daily including, identifying issues and taking corrective action.
- Strong working knowledge of the Windows, VMware and familiarity with SQL databases.
- Strong proven troubleshooting and Analytical abilities ITIL or PMI Certification is preferred
