Job Description
- Install and configure computer hardware, systems, networks, printers, scanners operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone or ticketing system, to help set up systems or resolve issues
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Replace parts as required
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with policy issues
- Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
- Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
- Test and evaluate new technology

Job Requirements
- Experienced Information Technology Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the outsourcing/offshoring industry.
- Skilled in Service-Level Agreements (SLA), Workforce Management, Contact Centers, Networking, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Strong engineering profession
- Bachelor of Information System or any discipline related to the IT field.
- Experience in the latest IT and software trends as well as knowledge
- of the hardware.
- Excellent command of the English language and Microsoft Applications (Excel- Word-PowerPoint- Outlook).
- Can work on flexible shifts based on work need.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure and multi-tasked person
