About the Job
  • Install and configure computer hardware, systems, networks, printers, scanners operating systems and applications
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone or ticketing system, to help set up systems or resolve issues
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Replace parts as required
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with policy issues
  • Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
  • Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
  • Test and evaluate new technology

Job Requirements
  • Experienced Information Technology Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the outsourcing/offshoring industry.
  • Skilled in Service-Level Agreements (SLA), Workforce Management, Contact Centers, Networking, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Strong engineering profession
  • Bachelor of Information System or any discipline related to the IT field.
  • Experience in the latest IT and software trends as well as knowledge
  • of the hardware.
  • Excellent command of the English language and Microsoft Applications (Excel- Word-PowerPoint- Outlook).
  • Can work on flexible shifts based on work need.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure and multi-tasked person
