Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the performance marketing demand generation channels, including SEM/SEO, retargeting, display, content syndication, paid and organic social media, etc.
  • Ensure revenue, ROI, and other business goals are met
  • Maintain campaign budgets, monitor delivery and pacing (for all billing across Performance Marketing; SEM, Paid Social and Re-Marketing)
  • Manage and support social media presence
  • Measure and report performances of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess according to goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance accordingly
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Optimize website for SEO as well as usability and content
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points by using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties, agencies and other vendor partners

Job Requirements

Preferred Skills

  • At least 4 or 5 years of professional experience in a related field
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or a master's degree in Marketing from a reputable university is preferred
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, Social Media Ads and display advertising campaigns
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO, website analytics, PPC & Retargeting tools
  • SEO: Semrush, Ahrefs, Deepcrawl, Search Console, Link Research Tool
  • Web Analytics: Google Analytics, Hotjar, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager
  • PPC & Retargeting: Google Adwords, Criteo, Facebook Business Manager
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills & inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
  • Multi-tasking capability
