Job Description
- Develop and implement marketing strategic plan for the school including websites and social media and provide the HOD with his or her recommendations and reports.
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
- Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
- Works with the group marketing team to come up with creative branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and the schools' printouts.
- Identifies the appropriate media channels where the school's service marketing materials can be delivered to the public
- Developing the marketing strategy for the school in line with the business objectives.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and schools identity
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant schools functions and departments are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline (BUE, MIU, MSA preferable)
- 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role
- Multitasking with organizational skills and detail oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Knowledge of Media Channels and Marketing Strategy.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
- Fluency in English written and spoken.
