Job Description
- Our client is an e-commerce retail product site. It deals mainly in healthy products which is linked to the rising herbal products market.
- Our client has generated a trusted name in the industry with a strong reputation for stellar customer service and response times.
- Currently our Marketing Channels have hit some success and With the rise in sales we are seeing a heavy influx of product queries and requests for information.
- We have currently variety of products which will require understanding for medicinal herbal system. There will be required home study to get the knowledge levels to a conversion yet non-advisory capability.
Responsibilities
- Facebook Inbox Management and Customer Engagement with Administrative Moderator tasks if required
- Proactively solve customer problems and follow up on corrective actions at first contact
- Communicate effectively with our customers through well-crafted personal interactions whether via phone or chat
- Handle customer support cases in a timely professional manner.
- Able to communicate and handle angry customers and provide the relevant solutions to make it a good experience for them
- Provide high level of quality support in order to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers
- Handle and retain all the customers’ complaints within the SLA.
Job Requirements
- Medical Background/Field (Nutrition) is a extremely preferable.
- University Graduates.
- Very good Computer and Internet knowledge.
- Fluent written English with no grammar or spelling errors.
