Job Description
- Monitor the financial progress of a project.
- Compute operating fixed and variable costs and compare such costs to budgets.
- Report periodic financial statements to a company's finance chief and ensure that accounting procedures and systems are adequate and functional.
- Prepare a forecast for the project and regularly update this throughout the project.
- Provide up to date costing sheet on all ongoing projects.
- Monitor and process daily expenses.
- Input general entries and control changes.
- Responsible of fixed assets accounting.
- Assist and control on daily petty cash closing.
Job Requirements
Education
- You will need a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration.
Certification
- Certifications or background in Finance are a Plus.
Experience
- Minimum experience required is 2-4 years in the same field.
Skills
- Have strong attention to details and an investigative nature.
- Have good time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Able to make quick but rational decisions.
