Job Description

  • Monitor the financial progress of a project.
  • Compute operating fixed and variable costs and compare such costs to budgets.
  • Report periodic financial statements to a company's finance chief and ensure that accounting procedures and systems are adequate and functional.
  • Prepare a forecast for the project and regularly update this throughout the project.
  • Provide up to date costing sheet on all ongoing projects.
  • Monitor and process daily expenses.
  • Input general entries and control changes.
  • Responsible of fixed assets accounting.
  • Assist and control on daily petty cash closing.

Job Requirements

Education

  • You will need a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration.

Certification

  • Certifications or background in Finance are a Plus.

Experience

  • Minimum experience required is 2-4 years in the same field.

Skills

  • Have strong attention to details and an investigative nature.
  • Have good time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
  • Able to make quick but rational decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Have analytical skills.
