Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes and prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Record Daily financial transactions. (Invoices attached)
- Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Maintain contact lists.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Receive and direct visitors and clients.
- Provide general support to visitor.
- Maintain office supply inventories.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Other duties may be assigned.
