Job Description
- Administer network and data security, including directory, policy, firewalls, antivirus, email security, etc.
- Handling the employees technical complaints and ensure solving all the technical issues.
- Installs, supports, and upgrades computer hardware and software.
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services
- Monitors servers and network applications.
- Assists with troubleshooting network infrastructure problems.
- Prepare reports and analysis for the Administration Manager (If needed)
- Other duties may be assigned
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years previous IT experience.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of PC hardware and software
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs
