Job Description
Main Duties:
- Achieve sales targets
- Check with clients and analyse their needs to determine what kind of property they are seeking.
- Answer clients' questions and enquiries.
- Coordinate with clients and set appointments to show properties to potential clients.
- Negotiate processes and consult clients on market conditions, and prices
- Maintain and update listings of company available properties.
- Closing deals, sign sales & maintaining contracts with clients.
- Generate leads from different channels.
Job Requirements
- Age not less than 30 years
- Pharmacy, Veterinary medicine, or science graduate
- Minimum experience of 1 year in the sales filed.
- ( experience in the Real Estate Field is NOT a must)
- Fluent English is a must.
