Job Description
- Responsible for recruiting, screening, and interviewing workers to be hired.
- Create structural hierarchy for all employees in the workplace.
- Interpret what each workers role is and how to strategically manage their tasks so the factory is running at maximum capacity and efficiency.
- Administrate and document 1) absences, 2) tardiness (employees coming late and leaving early), 3) performance reports
- Help to come up with training programs for newly hired workers within each department.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must have at least 5+ years of experience as a Human Resource Manager/ employee.
- Speaks and writes both English and Arabic.
- Must have a strong personality, must be honest, and must obtain a good working ethic.
- A big bonus is to have worked in a similar industry (zinc or copper die-casting and electro-plating).
