Job Description
- Leading team to achieve sales target as per agreement with the management
- Maintain a high level of Customer Service standards
- Excellent handling of Complaints Regarding branch ( Customers- Doctors – any technical problems)
- Keep maintain financial records
- Making sure that Company policies is well applied in the branch
- Leading the process of cooperating with other branches in order not to cause any problems in the workflow
- Cascade any directions related to the business to the team ( new offers – new services , ..)
- Reports achievement to the head office
- Stocktaking and making reports regarding consumed materials
Job Requirements
- Excellent Customer Service , sales, Marketing and Problem Solving skills
- Presentable
- Experience in any hospitality or health care known business
- Applicants with supervisory experience preferred
