About our client:
Commercial Agent . Import . Export . Providing Administrative and Technical services to international companies in Egypt, representing International companies in the Egyptian market.
Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the Chairman.
- Handle sensitive assignments that include highly confidential information.
- Draft correspondence; manage mailings and other administrative duties.
- Coordinate calendar for meetings and other professional and personal appointments.
- Provide personal support to the Chairman and his family including Travel arrangements, bill payments...etc.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing guests travel logistics.
- Translation tasks as required.
- Special projects as needed.
- Managing agenda.
Job Requirements
Required Skills:
- Fluent English is a must. German is a bonus.
- 6th of October residence is a must (or nearby areas).
- Willing to travel domestically and globally.
- Correspondence and communication skills
- Attention to details
- Perform all tasks on zero mistake
- Organizational skills
- Years of Experience:10+ years
