Job Description
- Coordinates with IT department to make sure that all attendance machines work efficiently.
- Coordinates with Security team to ensure proper in and out of employees from the main gates.
- Reviews attendance data for all employees on daily basis and registers the attendance data manually for employees missing or losing their attendance cards.
- Corrects & solves the error messages of attendance data resulting from attendance system.
- Registers all daily & weekly missions in HR SAP System.
- Registers any overtime data for external workers after reviewing them with the approved forms signed by function head.
- Reviews & matches the overtime data output from the system with the actual overtime data received from departments.
- Follows-up & coordinates with transportation supervisor to make sure that all company cars & buses have arrived in the proper time Schedule.
- Reviews & update time schedules according to the approved shifts.
- Ensures that all new hires have received their attendance cards.
- prepares any attendance & leave reports required by labor office.
- Ensures the application of all rules per leave policy.
- Registers & prints all kind of leaves in HR SAP system.
- Reviews & follows-up all sick leave with clinic department.
- Monitors all absence cases & coordinates with personnel specialists for proper actions.
- Updates leave balance of employees according to their years of experience.
- Conducts all matters related to employees penalties including updates the legally required registers per labor law & pay the collection to official entities.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- High level of communication skills.
- High Professional in using HR SAP Attendance System.
