Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to build stronger relations with our clients and ensure their success using our platform. The specialist should have excellent customer service skills and fluency in English/Arabic written and verbal communication. Some basic Graphic Design skills will be a plus. The specialist will report to the Customer Relations Manager.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Understand our software platform thoroughly in tiny detail (full training will be provided)
- Pro-actively guide customers in using our platform
- Perform periodical inspection of client accounts, suggest improvements, and manually implement improvements wherever appropriate
- Ensure client is getting prompt support responses
- Report feature requests to development team
- Report use case studies for marketing team
- Up-sell supplementary solutions to current customers
- Develop customer relationship, encouraging loyalty and retention
- Perform duties as needed.
Job Requirements
- A degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a related job position
- Fluency in English and Arabic (vocal and written)
- Excellent computer skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML and web technologies (recommended)
- Basic Graphic Design skills (bonus)
- Ability to work under pressure
