Job Description
- Updating key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
- Updating workforce plan to determine current staffing needs and producing forecasts.
- Advertising vacancies internally and externally through various Recruitment platforms.
- Develop candidate talent pipeline through sourcing channels for current and future job openings
- Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications.
- Carrying out all administrative arrangements for the selection process.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to filter candidates within a schedule
- Building an Organization Development data and archive.
- Create job offers and do the needed Confidential archival.
- Conduct employee Onboarding and Orientation sessions.
- Supporting in handling the organization charts,
- Designing and updating organization structures with job descriptions, KPIs & department workflow.
- Organizing quarterly and annually employee performance reviews.
- Identifying opportunities for performance improvement.
- Assisting in employee retention and development
- Handling training programs for all company employees as needed.
- Assisting in the development & implementation of human resource policies & procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Experience in HR from 3-6 years.
- Experience in Recruitment and selection for at least 3 years.
- Experience in OD functions for at least 3 years.
- Excellent user of Ms. Office
- Preferred background in Retail or pharmaceutical.
- HR certificate or HR Diploma is preferred.
- Very good command of English
- Preferable Cairo residents.
