Job Description
- Monitor and analyze major shut down activities and schedule critical works, ensuring their execution through check list daily report.
- Maintain Emergency Maintenance response to critical manufacturing processes including breakdown diagnosis to reduce operational downtime.
- Plan mechanical maintenance operations and relevant communication with operations for Predictive and Corrective Maintenance.
- Prepare maintenance spare parts list, mechanical maintenance budget, and stock management plan for predictive and corrective maintenance requirements.
- Ensure the availability of required spare parts and manage their consumption in adherence to the approved budget.
- Monitor equipment performance and develop corrective action plans to reverse any deviation against agreed standards.
- Prepare periodic analysis reports regarding the mechanical machinery’s performance and deficiency and corrective actions taken.
- Ensure all members of his team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe workplace for employees.
- Conduct Technical Audits on technicians tasks for compliance and gap identification.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
- Mechanical Maintenance experience 3 to 5 years is a must.
- Experience in Steel manufacturing or any relevant industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge about Lean manufacturing and TPM is preferred.
Age: Max. 28 years.
Greater Cairo resident is a must.
