- Support activities and assistance to the CEO to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
- Schedule and arrange meetings and appointments.
- Handle all outgoing or incoming emails & calls.
- Answer calls from employees/customers regarding their inquiries.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Write and distribute emails, memos & letters.
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Handle printed materials and office supplies.
- Prepare all needed reports.
Job Requirements
- Female only.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience from 1:3 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Reports writing skills.
- Presentable.
- Preferred Mohandessin/Giza residence or any near area.
