Job Description

  • Support activities and assistance to the CEO to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings and appointments.
  • Handle all outgoing or incoming emails & calls.
  • Answer calls from employees/customers regarding their inquiries.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Write and distribute emails, memos & letters.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Handle printed materials and office supplies.
  • Prepare all needed reports.

Job Requirements

  • Female only.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience from 1:3 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Reports writing skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Preferred Mohandessin/Giza residence or any near area.
