Job Description

  • Working professionally at Microsoft office (word,excel and PowerPoint)
  • Answer phone calls
  • Follow up company's email and Facebook page
  • Reply and fulfill our customers needs with both language (Arabic and English)
  • Fast respond to our customers either on phone, social media and email
  • Greetings our clients
  • Schedule meetings and filing our data
  • Know how to sale online

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Presentable and smart .
  • Negotiable, time management and problem solving skills are highly required.
  • Excellent knowledge about Microsoft office (word, excel and PowerPoint ).
  • English is a must.
  • Experience at customer service is a plus.
  • Korean language is a plus.
  • Females ONLY.
  • Mokkattem and Maadi candidates are preferable .
