Job Description
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of 50 to 300 of payment services
- Act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency and taking corrective action when needed
- Ensure procedures are followed
- Partner with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards
- Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations and ensure accuracy and quality
- Benchmark company products with other competitors’ products
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly performance reports
Job Requirements
- 6-10 years’ experience in the same field
- Professional in using Microsoft windows, office and high computer skills
- Proven work experience in sales management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Leadership skills to motivate the sales team to meet sales goals
- Analytical skills to analyze the sales numbers and determine weakness
- Must be able to work and follow up the team up to 10-12 hours
