Job Description
- Managing ICM, CVP, and CUCM cluster.
- Creating CVP VXML Scripts / ICM Scripts with high complexity designs and call flows.
- Managing CUBEs, Gateways, and IP Phones.
- Managing and troubleshooting voice recording system
- Managing and troubleshooting billing system.
- Troubleshooting and investigating Voice System abnormalities.
- Maintaining Voice system functionality through the continuous monitor of system logs.
- Managing backups procedures
In addition to :
- Providing technical consultancy to ECCO Outsourcing Sales Team
- Handling major / new implementations in the voice system
Revising tenders and answering new customers voice related Inquiries
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering / Computer Science Major
- 5+ Years of experience in the Contact Center and IPT fields
- CCNP Collaboration / CCVP is a must
- Cisco UCCE system hands-on experience is a must
- ITIL Foundation is a plus.
