Job Description
- Act as liaison between company and customers, issue Maintenance contracts, negotiates renewal prices and follow up their deliver
- Negotiates contract prices with customers before renewals
- Prepare contracts for CEO approval
- Sales Forecast analysis
- Prepare claims
- In Coordination with department manager he negotiate prices , terms and payments .
- Follow-up contracts execution process
- look over the contracts and ensure agreements are in the company’s best interest
Job Requirements
- Education Requirement – College Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related area of study
- Knowledge and experience in financial accounting and analysis
- Able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and with strong attention to detail and timely follow-up;
- A team player who is dependable and exhibits enthusiasm;
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel) and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, strong interpersonal, and collaborating skills;
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills;
- Able to think ‘end-to-end’ through assigned projects and responsibilities;
- Able to work independently
