Job Description
- Design, deliver and develop high quality, effective HR solutions to address identified needs, gaps, and development opportunities across all levels within the organization. Work with leaders within client groups to understand core capabilities needed to drive business results, and translate into actionable developmental plans for functional teams.
- Implements and communicates HR support to that will benefit the strategic growth of the business.
- Participates in the development of departmental goals and objectives
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience preferably in a pharmaceutical organization.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and establish rapport with all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
