Job Description
IT technical support are mainly responsible for the smooth running of all users on different departments and ensuring users get maximum benefits.
- Install, test and configure new workstations peripheral equipment and software.
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles.
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitor and configure domain controller to edit user account and permission to help users and secure data
- Monitor and configure firewall server for more security
- Manage and resolve network and software troubleshooting
Job Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor degree in computer science
- CCNA - MCITP is a must
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Have the ability to think logically
- Good memory of how software and operating systems work
- Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact Confidently with clients (Employees) to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
