IT technical support are mainly responsible for the smooth running of all users on different departments and ensuring users get maximum benefits.

Install, test and configure new workstations peripheral equipment and software.
Set up new users' accounts and profiles.
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
Monitor and configure domain controller to edit user account and permission to help users and secure data
Monitor and configure firewall server for more security
Manage and resolve network and software troubleshooting

Education:
Bachelor degree in computer science
CCNA - MCITP is a must
Experience: 1-3 years
Have the ability to think logically
Good memory of how software and operating systems work
Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact Confidently with clients (Employees) to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
