About the Job

IT technical support are mainly responsible for the smooth running of all users on different departments and ensuring users get maximum benefits.

  • Install, test and configure new workstations peripheral equipment and software.
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles.
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Monitor and configure domain controller to edit user account and permission to help users and secure data
  • Monitor and configure firewall server for more security
  • Manage and resolve network and software troubleshooting
Job Requirements
  • Education:
  • Bachelor degree in computer science
  • CCNA - MCITP is a must
  • Experience: 1-3 years
  • Have the ability to think logically
  • Good memory of how software and operating systems work
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact Confidently with clients (Employees) to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
