Job Description
- Be the expert by channel on category management levers and drive recommendations
- Support and help the KAM's to propose and adapt selling stories.
- Develop our know-how and define our merchandising strategies in order to reinforce our display on shelves (off and on)
- Be proactive by proposing disruptive ideas
- Analyze regularly customer activation to measure our ROI
Job Requirements
- University education or a reputable institution with specializing in Marketing
- 3 to 5 years in category management in a major international group with a strong international orientation and a significant brand awareness
- Strong analytic and numeric and communication skills
- Leadership skills to influence sales and marketing department
- Capacity to work in a matrix organization
