Job Description
- Lead the product development projects, taking into account commitments in terms of timing, cost and quality in accordance with the objectives set
- Coordinate and federate people working on the project around shared objectives (Local Product Managers, Continent, BU, local Industry...).
- Define the project stages with those working on the project and ensure these are monitored and communicated.
- Capitalize on the expertise gained from each project and ensure this is shared among others.
- Be in charge of product code creation, artwork & IFU design, local sales monitoring reports.
Job Requirements
- University graduate of a reputable institution specialized in Marketing
- At least 5 years work experience in the area of marketing mass market goods at a major international group with a strong international orientation and a significant understanding of branding
- Excellent organizational skills enabling you to work in close collaboration with a lot of departments
- Leadership skills
- Capacity to work in a matrix organization
- Availability to travel in the factory located in Alexandria, at least twice a month
- Fluent English and Arabic, french is a plus
