Job Description
- Responsible for indoor sales
- Participates in bookstore activities and planning
- Greet customers and satisfy each customer’s wants and needs from the bookstore
- Recommend and help customers in finding books that are precisely based on their desires.
- Work on online and offline sales
- Work on company sales plan
- Order new stock, place special orders
- Work with promotions coordinator on sales materials
- Provide reports with achievements compared with action sales plan
- Participate in company activities including outdoor book fairs
- Work on after-sales support services and prove technical back up as required
- Search for new clients who may benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions
- Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information
- Relay customer services requests
- Receives books from warehouse and transfers them to the warehouse as needed
Job Requirements
- Education: At least Bachelor university degree and preferred in marketing, public administration or management.
- Experience: 1-5 year
- Passion for books
- Very good in English Language
- Presentation skills
- Selling skills
- Excellent in communication skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Meeting sales goals, creativity, sales planning
