Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Follow up, investigate & reduce the defect and scrap rates
- Control Raw Material consumption and validate new materials or suppliers (welding gas, wires, steel)
- Follow up the control tools and techniques to maintain the quality level
- Standardize the Welding process parameters and train operators
- Prepare to report your result to your management
- Implementation of 5S and control sustainability
- Improve the efficiency of safety and output of the plant to avoid problems for operators
Job Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience preferred / Fresh graduate accepted
- Knowledge of welding processes appreciated
- Specific Competences: Mechanical & Industrial engineering, Lean Manufacturing
