Job Description
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the training programs.
- Assist in the development of short and long term plans for programs, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance
- Assist in design of performance objectives and implement and monitor programming to meet desired outcomes
- Develop yearly outreach plan according to program needs and capacity
- Ensure database(s) maintenance which include(s) participant and prospect information and mailing list
- Organize and establish meetings on regular basis with designated individuals to foster positive relationships
- Organize training seminars to address staff needs and identify relevant external training opportunities
- Thoroughly monitor workload, working hours, and the progress of employees working in the programs.
- Assist in the updating of project files, plans, budgets, and policies.
- Coordinate data collected from the training programs and ensure a proper feedback delivery
- Maintain documentation from programs’ activities.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 1-2 years in coordinating programs in a relevant sector.
- BSc of engineering
- Experience of project manger
- Strong knowledge of program management’s procedures and practices.
- Great command of MS Office and program management software.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.
