Provides timely support for corporate applications, desktop/laptop hardware, network systems/infrastructure, and servers
Installs, configures and maintains firm software and hardware.
Provides recommendations on improvements as required

Developing, implementing and enforcing IT policies and procedures
Developing, implementing and regularly testing our Backup system and Disaster Recovery Plan

Introducing and developing new technologies that facilitates company strategic goals
Managing, administrating and configuring Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
Creating AX reports as per business needs

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Management or other relevant discipline
6+ years’ experience
Strong hands-on experience in administrating Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
Hands-on experience in SRSS software
Hands-on experience in managing Microsoft SQL server database
Strong understanding of Microsoft Core Infrastructure technologies and possess good understanding including but not limited to network concepts, TCP/IP, Routing, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, NPS, etc.
Strong understanding of Active Directory including experience in upgrading and/or migrating Active Directory forests/domains. Knowledge of deploying, troubleshooting AD group policies.
Solid knowledge in Microsoft office 365.
Must possess strong knowledge of deploying and administrating VMWare ESXi environment.
Knowledge of working with Grand Stream Phone System, Routers and Switches.
Familiarity to monitor and perform system backups and restores using Veaam, Data Domain, and other vendors backup software.
MCSE and CCNA certifications are must
Must be able to travel to different sites as required.
