Lead the product development projects, taking into account commitments in terms of timing, cost and quality in accordance with the objectives set.
Coordinate and federate people working on the project around shared objectives (Local Product Managers, Continent, BU, local Industry...).
Define the project stages with those working on the project and ensure these are monitored and communicated.
Be in charge of product code creation, artwork & IFU design, local sales monitoring reports.

From 3 to 5 years in marketing and product development in a major international group.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Capacity to work in a matrix organization.
Availability to travel in the factory located in Alexandria, at least twice a month.
